As per the latest details PERM Audit cases are taking on an Average 244 calendars days for processing. My question is that does it include the time for providing the audit response or it only covers the day The application was at a processing center?

I am not sure I understand the question. But the PERM audit time is just an AVERAGE. It can vary from case to case, depending on complexity, work load, time taken for response, etc.
